VSI is seeking a new Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Operations team. Customer Service Representatives play a key role in supporting all of our valued customers. With over a decade of annual double digit percentage growth in product sales, this team is a fast-paced and exciting group to join!

You'll have the opportunity to grow and develop in your career as a Customer Service Representative by being responsible for:

  • Entry and processing of all orders received for VSI’s product from U.S. customers with the sales processing module
  • Answering phones and customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments and returned goods to the Customer Service department
  • Fulfilling marketing material requests for prospects, employees, distributors and U.S. customers
  • Facilitating the new customer account establishment process, to include completion of new account documents, entry into QAD database, and credit checks/credit establishment with Accounting
  • Completing various assignments as requested by the Customer Service Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma required with technical certification or degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role in a corporate environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and sense of urgency
 Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of order entry, shipping and U.S. product delivery 
  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and ERP systems
