VSI is seeking to add a Sales Analyst to our Sales Operations team. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, we are seeking candidates with demonstrated working knowledge of the duties listed below along with exemplary communication, organizational and detail-orientation skills. You’ll have the opportunity to grow and develop in your career as a Sales Analyst by being responsible for:

  •  Generating and distributing sales activity reports by territory/region for the US and International.
  •  Coordinating and creating reporting documents to assure uniform information in all report    formats.
  •  Reviewing current reports and generating new formats to analyze and distribute meaningful data.
  •  Serving as a backup for monthly and quarterly commission summaries.
  •  Preparing data for quarterly sales forecasting and sales tracking.
  • Preparing quarterly sales operations PowerPoint presentations.
  •  Completing special projects as requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
  •  Without a degree, a minimum of five years’ related work experience is required.
  • Ability and willingness to work independently and accurately with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions with limited time constraints.
  •  Strong Microsoft Office skills; commitment to accuracy of work. 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience working closely with field sales representatives in a medical device setting.
  • Advanced skills working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • High level of intrinsic motivation to succeed.
